Delhi University Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh has provided much-needed relief to students. He has confirmed that the deletions will not affect the syllabus for the CUCET and that students need not worry about having to re-learn anything.

Recently, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) announced that it was removing some topics from its textbooks for the upcoming academic year. This caused concern among many students and parents, who wondered if the deletions would affect the entrance exam syllabus for Central Universities.

Fortunately, Delhi University Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh has confirmed that the removal of topics from NCERT textbooks will not impact the Central Universities Entrance Test (CUCET) syllabus. In this post, we will explore what the NCERT deletions are, why they were made, and why they will not have any impact on the CUCET syllabus.

The entrance test is a highly competitive exam, and any change in the syllabus could have had a significant impact on the overall preparation strategy. With this confirmation from the Vice-Chancellor, students can now prepare for the CUET without any confusion or ambiguity regarding the syllabus.
